Why Parental Leave Coaching?
The parental leave transition can be one of the most transformative periods in your life, both at work and at home. With more companies and states enacting paid parental leave policies, more parents than ever are able to take a meaningful leave in order to welcome and bond with their new child.
But without proper planning, the period surrounding parental leave can seem disorganized and chaotic, and the return to work can be stressful.
As a Certified Retain Parental Leave Coach (R-PLC), Amy uses a three phase transition plan to help you navigate both leave and return to work in a way that supports you, your team, and your family.
Using the first evidence-based parental leave measurement tool (the PLTA) we’ll explore your assets and liabilities around leave, and create an actionable plan to use at home and work. Amy will work with you to build and leverage your support system, so you enter parenthood feeling confident and return to work with new leadership skills.
Amy offers a variety of packages from a basic “prep for leave” to a comprehensive year-long program, to fit a variety of client needs and budgets.
